Plumbing in Dublin

Pipework
The plumbing in most Dublin homes is of an acceptable standard however, there is a percentage of houses where 'add-ons' have disrupted or degraded an otherwise working plumbing or heating system. In many cases new kitchens are a culprit when later, a householder goes looking under the kitchen sink for the stopcock in an emergency only to discover there is not one fitted! It may be in its original position but this is now inaccessible due to kitchen units/kick boards/dishwashers or any combination of these amongst other things. Another symptom is radiators not working a short time after an extension has been added to an existing home and therefore, extra radiators are added to the heating system. In most cases 'balancing' will sort this issue out but in some cases the pipework is undersized or the boiler is already at its capacity and the extra radiators are a strain on an already stretched heating system. If you are experiencing any of these issues send us an email and we ill endeavour to help.
